Infantile papular acrodermatitis [Gianotti-Crosti]

This is a harmless childhood skin condition that causes small, firm, flat-topped bumps to appear on the face, arms, legs, and buttocks. It is often triggered by viral infections and typically resolves on its own within weeks to months without scarring. Though it may look concerning, it rarely causes discomfort and doesn't require aggressive treatment.
