About this condition
This is an extremely severe stroke where blood clots block both carotid arteries on both sides of the neck simultaneously, drastically reducing blood flow to the entire brain. This results in profound neurological damage affecting both sides of the body and is often fatal without immediate emergency intervention. It requires urgent hospital admission with intensive care support.
