About this condition

This is a stroke affecting the right side of the cerebellum, the brain part controlling balance and coordination. It causes sudden severe dizziness, inability to walk straight, and loss of coordination on the right side. Immediate emergency treatment is critical to save brain tissue and prevent lasting disability.
