About this condition
This is an extremely severe stroke where blood clots block the middle cerebral arteries on both sides of the brain simultaneously. This catastrophic event affects both brain hemispheres, causing devastating symptoms including paralysis on both sides of the body, complete inability to speak, and severe impairment of all major functions. This represents the most critical type of stroke emergency with very high mortality risk.
