About this condition

This is a common congenital condition where extra breast tissue or nipples develop, usually along a line from the armpit to the groin. Most cases are harmless and appear as small moles or lumps. While typically a cosmetic concern, the extra tissue can rarely enlarge during pregnancy or develop the same conditions as normal breast tissue.
